    Take care of your sweet baby and Momma by letting go of stress, with a Mother Massage® certified massage. I can address your pregnancy and postpartum needs! By releasing anxiety, back pain, hemorrhoids, sciatica leg pain and labor support, you’ll feel more comfortable and baby feels the benefits too! If you are 39/40 wks, this session can include acupressure to help your pregnancy. Postpartum massage supports the hormones to come into balance, reduced swelling, better sleep and improved breastfeeding. More advanced therapy helps restore your body to its pre-pregnancy condition, speeds healing and assists with C-section recovery. Women can receive massage at all times during their pregnancy and after birth with a Mother Massage certified therapist. Let me know what gestational/postpartum week you’re at when booking so that I can have the table ready for you at arrival.
  • ENERGY MASSAGE

    Fully connect your mind, body and spirit with relaxing reiki energy along with your massage to release stress and calm the mind.
  • LABOR PREP SESSION
    90mins=$100
    This is a 90 min session scheduled during your 3rd trimester to help prep you for labor. This includes the Miles Circuit, Spinning Babies® techniques, MotherMassage® techniques and personalized assessment to help get through your last trimester and labor. If you are 39wks or more, your session can include Acupressure to help induce labor (*with your OB doctor or midwife’s approval). Please dress comfortably!

  • I use Pure Pro’s Light Massage Oil which is safe for pregnancy and infant massage. The 4 ingredients are: pure high-oleic sunflower oil, grapeseed oil, apricot kernel oil, and natural vitamin E. It’s unscented, nut-oil free, cruelty free, vegan and made in the USA.
  • I use Biotone’s Advanced Therapy Massage Lotion which is approved for use in hospitals. The 5 ingredients are: apricot oil, sesame oil, grapeseed oil, vegetable glycerin, and grapeseed extract. It’s hypoallergenic, unscented, nut-oil free, and paraben free.

PAYMENT:
I can receive cash, credit cards and PayPal. I can provide you with a receipt that you may submit to your insurance but I cannot directly bill at this time.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you need to cancel your appointment, please be kind and contact me in advance. If a cancellation is less than 24 hours, I have a cancellation fee of $30. I can allow one no-show appointment without a fee per client. Your reserved time slot is saved just for you! When there’s a cancellation or an opening it allows someone else to book that time. Both I and the other client will thank you for your thoughtfulness. If you have a fever and or cold/flu, it is my request that you contact me to reschedule your session (before 24 hours). I will certainly do the same. We all need to embrace the messages our bodies are giving us and take the time we need to heal. I honor my clients time and healing process.
